Panel discussion with Eloy Cepero, Eloísa Echazábal and Marcos Kerbel, three Pedro Pan intellectual figures from three different religious paths.
Eloy Cepero, music historian and writer, left Cuba with his two brothers through the Methodist Church as part of “Operation Pedro Pan”.
Eloísa Echazábal arrived in Miami at the age of 13 as a Pedro Pan through the Catholic Church in 1961, she works at Miami Dade College.
Marcos Kerbel emigrated to Miami at the age of 14. He was Chairman of the Board and President of the Cuban Hebrew Congregation of Miami, Inc. during 1992, 2008-2009 and 2015.
