CCEMiami presents the following activities as part of the annual program Art Days 2018 in collaboration with Miami Downtown Development Authority
The exhibition The Secret Life of Cities by Carlos Estevez
Opening on September 6 p.m. at 7 p.m.
Special opening hours Saturday Sep 8th, 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday Sep 9th, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Guided tour by the artist on September Sat 8th at 1 p.m.
Free Admission.
The view consists of six installations of drawings on paper and an installation of objects that were found converted into masks. A result of the daily experiences of the artist –a conversation between the city’s stories and his own personal world.
Concert Antonio Lizana Coca: Flamenco Jazz on Voice and Saxophone.

Saxophonist Lizana travels through jazz, guided by his inspiration for flamenco music. His last record “Quimeras de mar” includes nine songs written by himself. Since the release of his work De viento in 2012, Lizana has performed at countless jazz festivals, always offering a vibrant and intense show. Lizana began playing the saxophone when he was 10. He was rewarded with the Cádiz Joven Award in recognition of his impact as an artist. As a saxophone player and vocalist, he collaborated on the latest album by Arturo O’Farrill’s Big Band, which is based in New York; this album won a Grammy for Best Instrumental Latin Jazz Album.
