Baquiana Literary Magazine will celebrate the official launch of its Yearbook XXIII or printed version of the same, through the digital platforms YouTube and Zoom of the Spanish Cultural Center of Miami (CCEMIAMI TV), adjusting itself to the new technologies, in order to continue with its contribution to the cultural development of the community and the usage of the Spanish language in the United States of America.
Following the tradition of presenting each yearbook at the end of the month of October at the headquarters of the CCEMIAMI for over two decades, the event will be in charge of the directors of the magazine, Patricio E. Palacios and Maricel Mayor Marsán. As a special guest, in this occasion we will have a conversation with the Cuban narrator and journalist, resident in Miami, Dainerys Machado Vento, considered recently as one of the best young writers of her generation by Granta’s magazine in Spanish.
Ediciones Baquiana, Baquiana Literary Magazine, the North American Academy of the Spanish Language and the Spanish Cultural Center of Iberoamerican Cooperation of Miami get together for the presentation of the Yearbook XXIII of Baquiana Literary Magazine (2022) in a common effort to promote the Spanish language and literature in the United States of America.
