The Literary Wednesdays series continues its fifth season with a special conversation featuring acclaimed Cuban novelist and playwright Teresa Dovalpage, who will discuss two of her latest publications: The Novel Detective, a novel that blurs the boundaries between fiction and reality, and Del escenario a la página, a collection of three plays exploring Latino identity, family relationships, and women’s experiences with humor and insight.
The Novel Detective was featured among The New York Times’ New and Notable books and received the Gold Standard distinction from the Junior Library Guild.
